Deposit

Groups:

  • $100.00 deposit is non-refundable. 30 days after sending in your application.

Individuals:

  • $100.00 deposit is non-refundable. $50 is a registration fee and the other $50 of the $100 will go to your total trip cost.

3 months before the trip date:

  • *Number of team members turned in (this number can increase, but NOT decrease).
  • Half the trip money turned in. * For Group trips only.

1 month before the trip date:

  • Release forms turned in.
  • Balance paid in full.

Please NOTE: We have set up your teams payment schedule to help your team. We wanted to break up the payments to lighten the load. The payment dates are very important to get in, on or before, the date that it is due. If your church or organization can pay all of the trip cost on the first payment date that would help us.

When we get your check our local bank puts a 4 to 5 day hold on it. We must then wire it to the local missionaries in the hosting country and that can take 3 to 10 days. The local missionaries must pay deposits on the rooms and transportation. If your team is 5 or 10 days late then it really puts the Mission Trips Inc and our missionaries in a bind.

We try to group our bank wires to save us the transfer fees. If you group is late we may require for your group to pay the $45 for wiring your funds.

Refund POLICY:

If you Cancel - no refund will be given and the money will become a donation and will be used in our ministry.

(Once the team members have been decided it is important to start fund raising as soon as possible. Refer to the Fund Raising Tips previously given).
